• LOCATE YOUR MUSIC - This is what many young artistes fail to realise when creating music, they tend to want to copy other A-list artistes in doing their thing and therefore neglecting their style and this could be a hindrance to a "worth listening" music as there is certainly no sound that could sound better from an artiste than his/her very own style.
• SEEK INSPIRATION - This is also another crucial part in creating music because a music without inspiration has no value to the ears of the listeners and the crowd won't like to hear what doesn't inspire them. Inspiration could be gotten in two ways, either by things that happen to you, things you often see, nature, perhaps you travelled, and many more while the other way could be from the beats, GOOD BEATS, though all beats irrespective of their sounds have different ways they communicate to different artistes and all that is left is perfection. Whereas if you are not a good song writer, its not a bad idea to reach out to songwriters and get just the perfect one for you.
• CONSTANT PRACTICE  - This is another step, after the lyrics and the melody have been written and formed respectively, it is necessary for constant practice to ensure the sound and lyrics are convincing enough to be released to the public. That way one can tell if he/she is to insert or remove lyrical lines to make the song a complete hit!

• LOCATE A GOOD RECORDING STUDIO -

Just as you need a good studio so do you need a good and experienced producer.This as serious as it may sound is actually serious as it sounds, because music today is all about the sounds, and only good studios are equipped enough to produce the "worth listening " sounds. Productions done in mediocre studios produce mediocre sounds, and those are not the sounds to top charts. Ever noticed that even when a song is not all that nice, but has a good production it still sound somewhat good in the ears unlike the mediocres, therefore, getting a good studio and a good producer is essential.
